Terms and Conditions

About these terms

These terms apply to your use of The Offseason Club website and to joining our founding community. By using the site you accept them.

Pre-launch status

We are currently in pre-launch. Retreat dates, destinations, inclusions, prices and availability have not been confirmed and nothing on this website is an offer to sell.

Joining the founding community is an expression of interest only. It does not reserve a place on any experience and creates no booking or payment obligation on either side.

Using this website

Please use the site lawfully and do not attempt to disrupt it, access restricted areas without permission, or submit false or misleading information.

Our content and imagery

The Offseason Club name, written content and imagery are ours or used with permission and may not be reproduced without our written consent.

Some photography on this website is illustrative of the type of experience we create. Where an image is illustrative rather than a photograph of a specific confirmed location, it is used for atmosphere only.

Joining the founding community

We do not guarantee that every person who joins will receive an invitation or a place on an experience. Places will be limited and released progressively.

You are responsible for making sure the email address you give us is correct so that we can reach you.

External links

This site links to third-party services such as Instagram. We are not responsible for the content, terms or privacy practices of those services.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms excludes any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
