Experiences
Movement, recovery and adventure — built around one week.
Every Offseason experience is shaped by the same three pillars. What changes is the landscape around them: the water, the trails, the light and the pace.
How a week feels
Long days outdoors, slow evenings, better sleep.
Mornings start with movement and end with water or heat. The middle of the day is yours — a trail, a swim, a book, a nap. Evenings are long tables, fires and conversation that runs later than planned.
01
Train
Movement that meets you where you are.
Sessions run outdoors, in small groups and at your own pace: hybrid fitness, functional strength, mobility work and guided movement. Beginner, returning and seasoned alike train side by side, with coaching that scales to the person in front of it.
02
Recover
The part most people forget.
Heat and cold, breath and stillness, long stretches and slow mornings in nature. Recovery is built into the rhythm of every experience rather than added on, so you leave restored rather than depleted.
03
Connect
Shared tables, open fires, real conversation.
Long communal dinners, campfires under big skies, ocean swims and trails walked together. People arrive alone, with friends or with a partner, and leave with people they'll plan the next one with.
Good to know
Everyone is welcome — genuinely.
Our experiences are designed for people of different ages, backgrounds and fitness levels. Sessions are scalable, nothing is compulsory, and there is no expectation that you arrive already fit.
- Small groups
Group sizes stay small enough that coaching, food and conversation all work properly.
- Come as you are
Arrive alone, with friends or with a partner. Solo guests are the norm, not the exception.
- Real food
Shared, seasonal meals cooked to fuel training and recovery — with dietary needs handled.
- Nothing compulsory
Every session is an invitation. Rest, walk, read or swim instead — the week is yours.
